内分泌功能检测在男性不育的诊断中占有重要地位,它与男性丘脑—垂体—睾丸轴的活动有密切相关。无精子症是主要引起男性不育的较常见的原因之一,临床上一般分为原发性、继发性。原发性,目前在治疗上无理想办法,而继发性,并非绝症,运用中西医治疗有明显疗效。本文研究的目的是用RIA法,调查原、继发性不育与FSH、LH、T、PRL变化水平是否有关联。现将结果报告如下。
Endocrine function tests play an important role in the diagnosis of male infertility, which is closely related to the activity of the thalamus-pituitary-testis axis in men. Azoospermia is one of the more common causes of male infertility, clinically generally divided into primary, secondary. Primary, the current treatment is no ideal way, and secondary, not terminally ill, the use of Chinese and Western medicine has a significant effect. The purpose of this study is to use RIA method to investigate the original, secondary infertility and FSH, LH, T, PRL levels are related changes. The results reported below.
