绩效管理是现代企业经营管理很重要工作之一。绩效考核是进行绩效管理的重要步骤,制定合适有效的绩效考核指标是绩效管理取得成功的关键,绩效管理中考核指标的选择与应用成为建立绩效考核管理体系的中心环节。本文作者结合绩效管理工作中的实践对企业经营中绩效管理的考核指标选择与应用进行探讨。
Performance management is one of the most important tasks of modern enterprise management. Performance appraisal is an important step in performance management. Establishing appropriate and effective performance appraisal indicators is the key to the success of performance management. The selection and application of appraisal indicators in performance management become the central part of establishing performance appraisal management system. In this paper, the author discusses the selection and application of performance indicators in business management combined with the practice of performance management.
