利用环割羊毛脂包埋法、主干注射法及喷洒法对福建马尾松 ( Pinusmassoniana Lamb.)种子园植株、马尾松实生苗及校内盆栽苗进行化学调控 ,初步研究了多种外源植物激素或化学物质在马尾松球花原基分化期对球花特别是雄球花形成的影响 .试验结果表明 :在有花史的 6年生马尾松种子园植株上 ,雄球花受到赤霉素 GA4 / 7和 ABA这 2种植物生长调节剂的处理而显著增加 ,GA3 对雄球花成花也有一定的促进作用 .喷洒脱落酸 ( ABA)、二氯化钴 ( Co Cl2 )、赤霉素 ( GA3 )以及赤霉素 ( GA3 )和二氯化钴 ( Co Cl2 )、萘乙酸 ( NAA)的混合物均不同程度地促进了无花史的 3~ 4年生马尾松盆栽苗雄球花的形成 ,其中 ABA和 Co Cl2 的效果较好 .在无花史的 3年生马尾松实生苗上 ,环割羊毛脂包埋 GA3 、 GA4 / 7、 ABA、 GA4 / 7和 ABA的混合物以及单独环割处理皆明显地促进了雄球花的形成 ;同时 ,环割羊毛脂包埋 ABA以及单独环割处理对雌球花成花也有较明显的促进作用 .
