为了研究和牛、安格斯牛对蒙古牛的改良效果,试验选择14~16月龄、体重相近的健康蒙古牛、和蒙F1代牛、安蒙F1代牛公牛各5头,在相同饲养条件下育肥,并进行屠宰分割,测定生产性能。结果表明:与蒙古牛相比,和蒙F1代牛、安蒙F1代牛增重、日增重、胴体重、净肉重、屠宰率、净肉率、胴体高档肉重、胴体高档肉产率均极显著提高(P<0.01);安蒙F1代牛增重、日增重、胴体重、净肉重、屠宰率、净肉率均高于和蒙F1代牛。说明利用安格斯牛、和牛杂交改良蒙古牛,安蒙F1代牛杂交改良效果更优。
In order to study the improvement effect of cattle and Angus cattle on Mongolian cattle, five healthy Mongolian cattle aged 14-16 months and similar body weight, and five Mongolian bull bulls of Mongolian F1 and Mongolian Mongolian sheep were selected.
