为研究有机磷农药(OP)对人体组织的损害,对163例急性OP中毒病人血清CK、CK-MB、GOT及LDH进行了监测。结果:①oP中毒者血清CK、CK-MB、GOT及LDH发生不同程度升高。轻中度中每组CK及LDH明显高于对照组,CK-MB及GOT升高不显著,重度中毒组及呼吸麻痹组4种酶水平均显著高于对照组,呼吸麻痹组4种酶峰值可达对照组的几倍并显著高于重度中每组。②OP中毒病人血中4种酶水平存在规律性演变且病情越重规律性越明显。提示OP中毒越重病人血中4种组织释放酶升高越显著,说明组织细胞破坏越严重。
In order to study the damage of organophosphorus pesticides (OPs) to human tissues, serum CK, CK-MB, GOT and LDH were measured in 163 patients with acute OP poisoning. Results: ①oP poisoning serum CK, CK-MB, GOT and LDH increased in varying degrees. The CK and LDH of each group in mild to moderate group were significantly higher than those in control group, while CK-MB and GOT did not increase significantly. The levels of four enzymes in severe poisoning group and respiratory paralysis group were significantly higher than those in control group Up to several times higher than the control group and significantly higher than each of the severe group. ②OP poisoning in patients with blood levels of the four enzymes there is a regular evolution and the more serious the law of the more obvious. Tip OP more severe poisoning in patients with blood 4 kinds of tissue release increased significantly, indicating that the more serious destruction of tissue cells.
