本文对45~#钢表面激光铬、钼合金化前后各项性能进行了分析比较。结果表明,激光铬钼合金化可使45~#钢表面耐磨性提高1~2倍,也可使45~#钢表面的抗高温氧化性和耐酸腐蚀性有较大程度的改善。
In this paper, 45 ~ # steel surface laser chrome, molybdenum alloying before and after the performance of the analysis and comparison. The results show that the laser alloying of chromium and molybdenum 45 ~ # steel surface wear resistance increased by 1 to 2 times, but also 45 ~ # steel surface high temperature oxidation resistance and acid corrosion resistance to a greater extent.
