目的:以处理过的红辉沸石为载体,Cu2+和Ag+作为无机抗菌剂粉体的主要抗菌成分,采用液相离子交换法制备沸石抗菌剂。方法:将辉沸石改型处理后,交换上具有抗菌性能的金属离子Cu2+和Ag+,制备成抗菌沸石。结果:沸石粒度越小、反应温度越高、溶液浓度越大,沸石中抗菌离子含量也越高。抗菌效果研究表明,抗菌沸石的抗菌性能较好,沸石中含银的量越多,抗菌效果就越好,反之则越差。结论:改型红辉沸石的抗菌性能比原型红辉沸石增强许多。
OBJECTIVE: Cu2 + and Ag + were used as the main antibacterial components of the inorganic antibacterial agent powder, and the zeolite antibacterial agent was prepared by liquid phase ion exchange method. Methods: The erbium zeolite modified treatment, the exchange of antibacterial properties of metal ions Cu2 + and Ag + prepared antimicrobial zeolite. Results: The smaller the zeolite size, the higher the reaction temperature, the greater the solution concentration, the higher the antibacterial ion content in the zeolite. Antibacterial effect studies have shown that antibacterial zeolite antibacterial performance is better, the greater the amount of silver in the zeolite, the better the antibacterial effect, the worse the contrary. CONCLUSION: The modified Stereolithic has a much stronger antibacterial activity than the prototype Stellerite.
