为探讨维甲酸(RA)对体外培养的人Tenon囊成纤维细胞(TCFS)增殖的影响,对体外培养的人TCFS,通过倒置相差显微镜和四甲基偶氮唑盐检测方法(MTT法),观察RA抑制TCFS增殖的作用;并与丝裂霉素C(MMC)对照。结果显示,经RA作用后,TCFS发生了形态学上的改变,其增殖受到抑制,随着浓度和时间的增加,其抑制作用增强。认为RA可有效抑制TCFS增殖,与MMC相比,其作用较缓和且无细胞毒作用。
To investigate the effect of retinoic acid (RA) on the proliferation of cultured human Tenon’s cystic fibroblasts (TCFS) cultured in vitro, the human TCFS cultured in vitro was analyzed by inverted phase contrast microscopy and MTT assay (MTT method) The inhibitory effect of RA on TCFS proliferation was observed and compared with mitomycin C (MMC). The results showed that after RA, TCFS morphological changes, the proliferation was inhibited, with the concentration and time increases, the inhibition increased. It is considered that RA can effectively inhibit the proliferation of TCFS. Compared with MMC, RA has a milder and non-cytotoxic effect.
