指定居所监视居住执行监督作为刑事执行检察部门的一项新增业务,目前尚处于探索规范过程中。加强执行监督工作有利于促进指定居所监视居住措施的规范适用,刑事执行检察部门应在明确监督内容的基础上,着重从信息获取、工作组织、手段和程序以及约束力等方面构建和完善执行监督工作机制。
