新课程标准对教师素质提出了更高的要求。弄清农村英语教师的素质状况,有助于探索出一套适合农村英语教师教育和教师自身发展的模式,促进外语教学改革的实施和深化。研究以河北省为样本,对农村中学英语教师的道德素质、教育观念、专业素质、教学能力和科研能力等进行调查,在客观分析目前农村教师队伍现状的基础上,提出有利于提高教师素质的合理化建议。
The new curriculum standards put forward higher requirements on the quality of teachers. To clarify the quality of rural English teachers is conducive to explore a set of suitable for rural English teachers and teachers’ own development model to promote the implementation of foreign language teaching reform and deepen. Taking Hebei Province as a sample, this study investigates the moral qualities, educational concepts, professional qualities, teaching abilities and research abilities of rural middle school English teachers in rural areas.
