水电部杭州机械设计研究所设计,郑州水工机械厂制造、作为三峡工程用混凝十搅拌楼“七五”攻关中间样机的五强溪4×3m~3预冷混凝土搅拌楼评议会,由三峡重大办和能源部电力机械局共同主持,于1990年10月23日至25日在五强溪水电建设工地召开。专家们认为:该楼总体技术构思正确、布置合理,具有骨料混合上料、楼顶二次筛分、连续风冷以及称量精度较高等特点。该楼已正式进入实用阶段,改进完善后定型生产的新型4×3m~3预冷混凝土搅拌楼在其他大型水利水电工程中也可配锵使用,可取代进口搅拌楼,每台约可节约外汇300~400万美元,有较大的经济效益和社会效益。
