初中数学学习中总有一些学生比较困难,形成的原因是多方面的,但是在转化过程中,我们只要给这部分学生以准确的定位,就会寻找到转化的方法,从而实现其成绩的进步。具体来讲,就是后进生定位在掌握基础知识的层面上;在小组活动中让其充当主角的角色;在老师教学中将后进生置于重心地位。
