目的:分析地耳草中挥发性成分。方法:用HSGC-MS技术分离和鉴定地耳草中挥发性成分,并用峰面积归一化法测定各成分的质量分数。结果:初步鉴定出54种化合物,不同产地地耳草中挥发性成分有一定差异。结论:为地耳草药材的质量评价提供提供资料。
Objective: To analyze the volatile components of Eriocheir sinensis. Methods: The volatile components of Eriocheir sinensis were isolated and identified by HSGC-MS. The mass fraction of each component was determined by peak area normalization. Results: 54 compounds were initially identified. There were some differences in the volatile components of Elaeagnus from different areas. Conclusion: provide information for the quality evaluation of Elaeagnus herbs.
