本文对45例胃肠癌术后患者应用自体瘤苗和分枝菌多糖(mycobsacterialPolysa-ccharides,MPS)联合皮下及肌肉注射治疗,并与相应对照比较,通过治疗前后外周T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+及NK细胞活性的检测、研究组治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值和NK细胞活性都较前显著增加,而对照组无明显变化,以随访近期临床治愈率研究组也明显优于对照组,此疗法可以改善胃肠癌患者的细胞免疫功能,无毒副作用,可作为胃肠肿瘤的一种辅助治疗手段。
In this paper, 45 cases of postoperative gastrointestinal cancer patients with autologous tumor and mycobacterial polysaccharide (mycobsacterial Polysa-ccharides, MPS) combined subcutaneous and intramuscular injection treatment, and compared with the corresponding control, before and after treatment by the peripheral T cell subsets CD3 +, CD4 + The activity of CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ and NK cells was detected. After treatment, the CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ ratio and NK cell activity in the study group were all significantly higher than before, while there was no significant change in the control group to follow up the recent clinical cure rate. Also significantly better than the control group, this therapy can improve the cellular immune function of patients with gastrointestinal cancer, non-toxic side effects, can be used as an adjuvant treatment of gastrointestinal cancer.
