As party members and cadres, despite their different positions, industries and positions, they share a common mission of “serving the people”; and a common standard of value judgment is “to satisfy the masses.” First, we should strengthen the party’s accomplishments in serving the people and enhance the political consciousness of grass-roots people and the masses first. Building the party for the public and governing for the people are the Party members responsible for the leading cadres. Serving the people and solving problems are the duties of leading cadres. All of these determine that the masses are satisfied with the ultimate goal of becoming a leading cadre. However, the mass satisfaction is a people’s project of “never going to completion” and requires the unremitting pursuit of leading cadres.
