1985年,我校参加了北京师范大学教授林崇德主持的国家教委重点科研项目:以“中小学能力发展和培养”为课题的教改实验。我在其中担任了数学课的教学任务。在实验研究过程中,发现有这样一条规律:学生学习成功=智力因素+非智力因素。从智力因素来看,除极少数智力超常和智力低下者外,绝大多数的学生没有什么大的差别,但学生的学习、表现却会有较大的差异。我认为,除掉环境、条件等客观因素外,主要取决于非智力因素的影响。非智力因素包括兴趣、情绪、意志和个性特征等等,它对能力的发展起动力、调节和控制作用。也就是说学生的非智力因
