用ＥＬＩＳＡ方法对孕妇静脉血及脐血血清进行柯萨奇Ｂ组病毒（ＣＶＢ）抗体检测。孕妇血ＣＶＢ－ＩｇＧ阳性率为６９．９％（１００／１４３例），孕妇血ＣＶＢ－ＩｇＭ阳性率为２６．３％（５９／２２４例），脐血ＣＶＢ－ＩｇＭ阳性率为６．０％（７／１１６例）。孕妇ＣＶＢ感染存在母婴传播问题。
Coxsackie B virus (CVB) antibody was detected by ELISA in pregnant women with venous blood and cord blood serum. The positive rate of CVB-IgG in pregnant women was 69.9% (100/143), the positive rate of CVB-IgM in pregnant women was 26.3% (59/224), the positive rate of CVB-IgM in cord blood was 6.0% (7/116 cases).
