作者等于19个月内收治急性白血病68例。大多数患者因严格的抗白血病治疗而并发严重的颗粒细胞减少(粒细胞少于500/立方毫米)。对怀疑感染而等待细菌培养确诊的患者,采用庆大霉素+羧苄青霉素或庆大霉素+羧苄青霉素+先锋霉素1号等抗菌素联合治疗。
The author is equal to 68 cases of acute leukemia in 19 months. Most patients suffer from severe granulocytopenia (less than 500 per cubic millimeter of granulocytes) due to strict anti-leukemia treatment. Suspected of infection and waiting for the diagnosis of bacterial culture in patients with gentamicin + carbenicillin or gentamicin + carbenicillin + cephalosporin 1 and other antibiotics combined treatment.
