地质要求或利用已钻井眼降低钻井成本,使三维侧钻井不断增多,三维大斜度侧钻井在油田开发中越来越重要。以大港油田白6-8侧钻井为例,论述了导向系统在三维大斜度侧钻井施工中遇到的井眼轨迹控制、井眼清洁、扭矩和摩阻等问题以及采取的相应技术措施,对于三维大斜度侧钻井施工中的扭矩、造斜率、摩阻要求、导向马达使用等做出描述,如何解决施工中出现的问题,选择合适的技术参数、工具类型,对于指导三维大斜度井在各井眼的施工有一定的意义。
