本文根据Winstein、Fyvie等对氯乙醇皂化反应动力学的研究,认为对这一复杂反应的简化应从正常操作是在碱性介质中进行这一工况出发,提出了可简化为连串反应的机理。据机理提出了用于设计的动力学方程和反应器设计的数学模型用生产厂运行数据进行了计算,算得多级混合反应器的各级氯乙醇浓度和转化率与文献[5]所提出的模型的计算结果相近,认为较文献[5]的模型符合生产实际。文中对皂化反应的工艺条件做了分析,並提出了反应器的技术改进措施,对强化生产,提高收率有一定的指导意义。
