为了能在综采工作面支架移动时洒水除尘,在УКП型的10架支架样机上安装了供试验用的洒水装置。根据与围岩相互作用的特点,УКП型支架属于支撑掩护式,支架的托梁支撑作业空间上方的顶板,而掩护梁则起隔离区以外的岩石自由冒落。该支架采用擦顶移架方式。支架(见图1)由支撑工作面的掩护梁、底座、托梁、护帮板以及使支架横向更加稳定的两根立柱组成。 УКП型支架曾在《南库兹巴斯》煤炭生产联合企业《拉斯巴德》矿的7-7a煤层中进行过试验。该煤层厚3.4~4米,倾角6~8°,直接顶为粉砂岩,其厚1~15米,普氏坚固性
In order to be able to sprinkle water and remove dust during the movement of the fully mechanized coal mining face, 10 sprinkler units of УКП type were installed for testing.
