通过对12个Z形推开式试件的试验研究,分析了配筋率、销栓作用和开裂面尺寸对钢筋混凝土开裂面剪力传递性能的影响。在试验范围内剪切面的配筋率、高度和宽度的增加都有助于提高试件的抗剪强度,钢筋的销栓作用对未预裂试件剪切面处的抗剪强度影响不大,对于预裂试件剪切面处的剪力传递性能影响比较明显。试验中量测了预裂和未预裂试件剪切面的剪切滑移和裂缝宽度,并根据试验结果和依据已有文献试验对提出的开裂面受剪强度计算式进行了对比分析。研究表明:Mansur的单曲线和三线段式的计算精度较好。
Through the experimental study of 12 Z-shaped push-open specimens, the influence of reinforcement ratio, pinning effect and cracking surface size on the shear transfer performance of reinforced concrete cracking surface was analyzed. Within the experimental range, the increase of the reinforcement ratio, the height and the width of the shear surface all contribute to the increase of the shear strength of the test piece, and the influence of the pinning of the reinforcement on the shear strength at the shear surface of the non-pre-cracked piece is not affected It is obvious that the shear transfer performance at the shear surface of the pre-splitting specimen is obvious. The shear slippage and crack width of the shear surface of pre-cracked and non-pre-cracked specimens were measured in the experiment. The calculated formulas of the shear strength of the cracked surface were contrasted and analyzed based on the experimental results and the existing literature tests. The research shows that Mansur’s single-curve and three-line models have better calculation accuracy.
