过去,我车间对冲制成型的锥形、碗形、碟形和盘形类工件的切口、倒角和车外圆等工序一般使用卡爪夹持定位型腔,工件在型腔内定位后,用顶尖顶紧,进行加工。这类工件的特点是壁薄和工序周期短,因此,电机停启频繁,常常造成机床、电机电器事故,严重影响着生产任务的完成。针对上述矛盾,我们反复试验,设计制造了一种不停车夹具(见图)。几个月的实践证明,该夹具结构简单、使用方便、保证质量、提高工效、避免了机床电器事故。
