目的:观察中药方剂辨证加减联合米非司酮片治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法:将95例子宫内膜异位症患者随机分为2组,对照组47例给予米非司酮片治疗,观察组48例在米非司酮片治疗的基础上予以中药方剂辨证加减治疗,对比2组治疗前后血清CA125水平及治疗总有效率,并观察不良反应发生情况。结果:总有效率观察组91.7%,对照组74.5%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清CA125水平均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组CA125水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药方剂辨证加减联合米非司酮片治疗子宫内膜异位症可有效降低患者血清CA125水平,缩小并消退包块。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions plus mifepristone tablets in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods: 95 cases of endometriosis were randomly divided into two groups, 47 cases in the control group were treated with mifepristone, 48 cases in the observation group were treated with mifepristone on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation Treatment, compared two groups before and after treatment serum CA125 levels and the total effective rate, and to observe the incidence of adverse reactions. Results: The total effective rate was 91.7% in the observation group and 74.5% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum CA125 in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). The CA125 level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: TCM prescriptions plus mifepristone combined with mifepristone tablets in treatment of endometriosis can effectively reduce the level of serum CA125, shrink and subside the mass.
