目的分析河南省2010-2012年甲型病毒性肝炎(甲肝)的流行病学特征,为全省甲肝防控工作提高依据。方法收集2010-2012年“疾病监测信息报告管理系统”、“突发公共卫生事件报告系统”的甲肝疫情资料。结果河南省2010-2012年甲肝累计发病2 124例、2 462例、1 880例,病例主要分布在信阳市、南阳市、平顶山市、开封市,其中3~8岁发病最多,占26.01%;甲肝发病主要集中在农民、学生、散居儿童及幼儿儿童,发生在学生及幼托机构内的甲肝容易引起甲肝暴发。结论卫生部门应进一步加强甲肝监测,尤其是发生在学校和幼托机构等集体单位内的甲肝聚集病例。做好甲肝疫苗的基础免疫、突发事件的规范处置工作仍是河南省下一步甲肝防控工作的重点。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hepatitis A (Hepatitis A) in Henan Province from 2010 to 2012, and to provide basis for the prevention and control of hepatitis A in Henan Province. Methods The data of Hepatitis A outbreaks collected from 2010 to 2012, “disease surveillance information reporting management system”, and “public health emergency reporting system” were collected. Results The cumulative incidence of hepatitis A in Henan province during 2010-2012 was 2 124 cases, 2 462 cases and 1 880 cases. The cases were mainly located in Xinyang, Nanyang, Pingdingshan and Kaifeng, with the most incidence being 3-8 years old (26.01%). Hepatitis A disease is mainly concentrated in farmers, students, diaspora and toddlers and children, occurred in students and child care institutions within the hepatitis A can easily cause hepatitis A outbreak. Conclusion The health department should further strengthen the monitoring of hepatitis A, especially in cases of hepatitis A aggregation in collective units such as schools and child care institutions. Hepatitis A vaccine to do the basic immunization, standardization of emergency work is still the next step in Henan Province, prevention and control of hepatitis A focus.
