本文以8-MOP为模型药物,选用大白鼠离休鼠皮作实验用皮,在模拟Fraza式扩散池中研究Azone的透皮促进作用,探讨其透皮促进的最佳浓度。结果证明不同浓度的Azone溶液均可促进8—MOP的透皮吸收。但以4%的Azone溶液的透皮吸收相对最佳。
In this paper, 8-MOP was used as a model drug. The experimental skin of rats was used to study the transdermal promoting effect of Azone in a simulated Fraza-type diffusion cell. The results show that different concentrations of Azone solution can promote the 8-MOP transdermal absorption. However, transdermal absorption at 4% Azone solution is relatively optimal.
