郑州烟草研究院发明的《一步法复合检测烟草普通花叶病毒与马铃薯Y病毒的方法及其引物》于2012年12月05日获得发明专利,国家专利局颁发的专利授权号为ZL201110067006.7。该方法包括:甄别比对病毒基因组中保守区域,人工筛选合成适用于两种病毒病复合RT-PCR特异性引物;分析获得TMV、PVY复合侵染烟叶样本,整合反转录和PCR反应所需酶和缓冲液,通过反应条件优化,建立基于一步法RT-PCR复合检测烟叶感染TMV、PVY的方法。
Zhengzhou Tobacco Research Institute invented the “one-step method for the composite detection of tobacco mosaic virus and potato common Y virus methods and primers” on December 5, 2012 to obtain the invention patent, the State Patent Office issued a patent license number ZL201110067006.7.
