目的 :探讨高效价冷凝集素所致血型鉴定困难的处理方法。方法 :收集因高效价冷凝集素存在血型鉴定困难200例患者作为观察对象,应用加热洗涤和冷吸收法处理患者血浆,盐水法鉴定处理前后的血型,盐水介质法和聚凝胺法交叉配血。结果 :处理前200例抗-A、抗-B、抗-D、Ac、Bc、Oc均为阳性,洗涤吸收处理后确定血型,A型26%,B型34%,AB型35%,O型10例;处理前自身对照、盐水介质、聚凝胺介质中主侧、次侧交叉配血结果均为阳性,处理后主侧、次侧交叉配血结果均为阴性。结论 :加热洗涤和冷吸收法可排除高效价冷凝集干扰,有效解决血型鉴定困难问题。
Objective: To investigate the treatment method of blood type identification caused by high titer cold agglutinin. Methods: The blood samples collected from 200 patients with dysprosium, which had difficulty in identifying blood type, were collected and treated by heating, washing and cold absorption. The blood type before and after salinization was determined by saline method. . Results: 200 cases of anti-A, anti-B, anti-D, Ac, Bc, Oc were positive before treatment, after washing and absorption treatment, the blood type was determined. Type A 26%, type B 34%, type AB 35% Type in 10 cases. Before treatment, self-control, saline medium and polybrene medium had positive results of both primary and secondary cross-matching, and the results of primary and secondary cross-matching were all negative. Conclusion: The heating washing and cold absorption method can eliminate the high titer of condensate interference, effectively solve the blood type identification problems.
