现将《湖北省扶贫攻坚计划》印发给你们,请结合本地实际认真贯彻执行。各有关地、市、州、县和有关部门,要结合实际制订具体的扶贫攻坚计划,并把它落到实处。湖北省扶贫攻坚计划(1994—2000年)国务院决定,从1994年开始到本世纪末,在全国实施《国家八七扶贫攻坚计划》,即用7年左右时间,基本解决目前全国农村8000万贫困人口的温饱问题。为了完成《国家八七扶贫攻坚计划》赋于我省的任务,省政府特制定《湖北省扶贫攻坚计划》。决定从1994年到2000年,集中力量,稳定解决全省394万贫困人口的温饱问题。打好这场攻坚战,对于尽快改变贫困地区落后面貌,实现全省人民共同富裕的目标,具有重大的政治意义和经济意义。
