农家书屋是构建现代公共图书馆服务体系的神经末梢,是农民看书、读报的重要场所,也是农村精神文明建设的重要窗口。基于农家书屋与公共图书馆资源的整合,从中发现农家书屋整合后面临的问题。创新体制机制组建农民读书会,提升农家书屋利用率,破解农民“借书难、看书难”的问题并对农民读书会提出战略性的思考,破解农家书屋从“兴建—废弃—再建”的魔咒。 The farmhouse is a nerve enduring the construction of modern public library service system, an important place for peasants to read and read newspapers, and is also an important window for the construction of spiritual civilization in rural areas.
