四逆散出自《伤寒论》第318条,主治少阴病四肢厥逆之证。其历经千年,历代医家虽在四逆散的理解方面不尽相同,但对四逆散的使用却不断深入和发挥,不仅临床应用广泛,出现了逍遥散、柴胡疏肝散、血府逐瘀汤等演变方。薛伯寿教授以四逆散为基础方治疗临床各类病症屡见奇效,且对此方有自己独特的见解。本文通过对薛老在儿科方面运用四逆散的若干验案归纳总结,阐述薛老“治病求本,当以气机为先”的主导思想。

Professor Xue Borson Sini scattered as the basis for the treatment of various clinical conditions are common miraculous, and this side has its own unique insights. In this paper, we summarize a number of cases of using Sini Powder in pediatrics by Xue Lao, and elaborate the dominant thought of Xue Lao on the basis of “treating patients by disease” and “using gas as the lead”.
