近年来,冰雪产业的蓬勃发展为黑龙江省的发展注入了巨大的生机与活力。但与此同时,冰雪产业所需人才的匮乏,却对冰雪产业的发展产生了阻碍。尤其是随着人们审美能力的提高,冰雪艺术作为冰雪产业发展中的重要内容,要求冰雪艺术人才必须快速诞生并持续增多。本文通过对黑龙江省冰雪产业现状及存在问题进行分析,提出冰雪产业与高校艺术教育要相融合才能起到互相促进作用,并且提出高校艺术教育改革的具体措施。 In recent years, the vigorous development of ice and snow industry has injected tremendous vigor and vitality into the development of Heilongjiang Province. However, at the same time, the shortage of talents needed in the ice industry has hindered the development of the ice industry. Especially with the improvement of people’s aesthetic ability, ice and snow art, as an important part in the development of ice and snow industry, requires that snow and ice art talent must be born quickly and continue to increase. This article analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the ice industry in Heilongjiang Province, and puts forward that the ice industry should integrate with the arts education in colleges and universities to promote each other, and put forward specific measures to reform the art education in colleges and universities.
