双钢轮振动压路机主要用于沥青面层的压实,为保证面层的使用寿命和行车的安全舒适性,必须严格控制压路机的作业质量。应用综合分析法,从机械化施工的角度提出双钢轮振动压路机作业质量控制的相关指标,指出:恒速性能是保证作业质量的关键,应对整机参数如外负荷、行走系统和发动机功率等进行合理匹配,保证起步停车性能以及压实过程中的恒速;沿轮宽方向上的振幅均匀性是确保压实均匀性的最基本要求;确定碾压速度和振动频率的最佳匹配可提高作业质量和生产率;此外,优化压路机整机结构参数,也可以提高作业质量。
