[目的 ]了解我区居民高血压情况及其危险因素。 [方法 ]随机抽样调查。 [结果 ]鼓浪屿区 35岁以上人群高血压罹患率为 39.1% ,其中 40～ 49岁组为 43.2 % ,5 0～ 5 9岁组为 5 1.9% ,6 0岁以上为 5 5 .9% ;5 5岁以前男性罹患率高于女性 ,5 5岁以后 ,女性高于男性。危险因素调查显示 :年龄、肥胖与高血压发病密切相关 ;高血压服药率 49.1% ,高血压有效控制率为 8.3% (2 0 /2 41) ;只有 2 9.0 %的人高血压常识回答完全正确。 [结论 ]居民高血压罹患率高、检出率低 ,高血压有效控制率低 ,居民心血管病知识的知晓率低 ,急需开展防治工作 [Objective] To understand the status of hypertension and its risk factors in residents of our district. [Methods] Random sampling survey. [Results] The prevalence of hypertension in people over 35 years old in Gulangyu District was 39.1%, among which 43.2% in 40-49-year-olds, 51.9% in 50-59-year-olds, and 55.9% in those over 60 years old; The prevalence of males before the age of 5 was higher than that of females. After the age of 5, females were higher than males. The risk factors survey showed that age, obesity, and hypertension were closely related; the rate of taking hypertension was 49.1%, and the effective control rate of hypertension was 8.3% (2 0 /2 41); only 29.0 percent of the people who had common sense of hypertension were completely correct. . [Conclusion] The residents have high prevalence of hypertension, low detection rate, low effective control rate of hypertension, low awareness of residents’ knowledge of cardiovascular diseases, and urgent need for prevention and control
