习近平总书记在文艺工作座谈会上的重要讲话指出,以人民为中心,就是要把满足人民精神文化需求作为文艺和文艺工作的出发点和落脚点,把人民作为文艺表现的主体,把人民作为文艺审美的鉴赏者和评判者,把为人民服务作为文艺工作者的天职。话剧指以对话方式为主的戏剧形式,于19世纪末20世纪初来到中国。依靠演员在台上无伴奏的对白或独白等叙述故事情节。加上话剧的舞台性、直观性、综合性、对话性的特点,深受广大人民群众的喜爱。如今,即使是在大城市,话剧的发展也在遭遇新的挑战。很多的从事过话剧的演艺人,正面临着变与不变的选择。人们在思考,几代人创造的艺术风格,要如何继承,如何发展,如何创新?才能使话剧真正的紧跟时代的步伐,贴近百姓的生活。
