浏阳磷矿二工区是一个机械化开采的中型露天矿,电铲装载,汽车运输。1982年矿部核定我工区矿岩成本为2.55元/米~3,由于当时奖励制度不够健全,职工中有片面追求产量多拿奖金的倾向,忽略了节约,导致成本超支。元月至8月,采剥成本高达2.72元/米~3,超支20万元。这一状况引起矿领导重视,对工区提出了严肃批评。我们在领导的帮助下,查阅了大量历史资料,对1~8月成本情况作了全面细致分析,找出超支的关键是材料、燃料动力大量超耗。在各种因素基本相同的情况下,这三项费用最佳月只有1.14元/米’,最差月则达2.19元/米~3;同型号汽车最佳运输成本只0.91元/米~3,而最差车则达1.94元/米~3。
