通过毛主席著作和党的教育方针的学习,我们的认识进一步提高了,决心鼓足干劲,深入进行教改,以减轻学生负担,提高教学质量。在当前教学中,除钻研教材和改进教法外,对生物课外小组活动也做了一些工作。课外小组活动的主要工作是栽培花木,绿化造林,进行天竺、牡丹、菊花等的无性杂交试验和天竺葵、秋海棠等扦插,种植蔬菜和大田作物如南瓜、冬瓜、扁豆、菜豆、玉米、棉花等试验田,结合种植活动防除害虫。现将小组组织情况和治虫的具体过程说明如下:
