PA—MSHA菌苗为新型绿脓杆菌制剂,初步研究应用表明有抑制肿瘤生长和免疫调节作用。本文通过荷瘤(小鼠肝癌16A3)Balb/c小鼠动物实验,深入观察了其抗肿瘤作用和对植瘤小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果表明:①菌苗的免疫防御应用可显著增强植瘤小鼠抵抗局部移植瘤的生长和转移,免疫治疗则可提高存活率,延长平均存活期;②预先免疫接种苗苗,可提高植瘤小鼠脾CD3细胞和CD4细胞的百分率,调节CD3/CD4比值于正常状态中,刺激增强NK细胞的自然杀伤活性,诱导产生高效价多种抗体应答反应。提示PA-MSHA菌苗的抗肿瘤活性是通过影响T淋巴细胞,NK细胞的功能及体液免疫状态等多个途径实现的。
PA-MSHA bacterin is a new type of Pseudomonas aeruginosa preparation, and preliminary research and application showed that it can inhibit tumor growth and immune regulation. In this article, animal experiments of Balb/c mice with tumor-bearing mice (16A3 mouse liver cancer) were performed to observe their anti-tumor effects and their effects on immune function of tumor-bearing mice. The results showed that: 1 The immune defense application of bacterins can significantly enhance the growth and metastasis of tumor-bearing mice against local transplanted tumors. Immunotherapy can improve the survival rate and prolong the average survival period. 2 Pre-immune seedlings can improve plant growth. The percentage of splenic CD3 cells and CD4 cells in tumor mice modulates the CD3/CD4 ratio in the normal state, stimulating the natural killer activity of the enhanced NK cells, and inducing high titer and multiple antibody response responses. It is suggested that the anti-tumor activity of PA-MSHA bacterins is achieved through many ways such as affecting the function of T lymphocytes, NK cells and humoral immune status.
