In the first two weeks, Waldner and his teammates played in some provinces and cities in China. Then they hit the Shanghai Open in a venue that can host 12,000 enthusiastic fans. This is a very invaluable experience for the two then 14-year-olds and 5-year-olds as they are accustomed to playing in front of 100 to 200 spectators. After the game, they started training. Daily schedule is so arranged: every day at 6:30 they get up at the hotel where they live, after breakfast, get a taxi, 8 o’clock appear on time in front of the coach. Morning training for three hours, and then back to the hotel for lunch, rest, 3:00 to 6:00 followed by training, coupled with physical exercise, and finally with dinner. After training, I felt tired and returned to the hotel to do some relaxing games, such as playing cards, etc. Every morning after waking up, the translator will ask us: ’Tired? Are you tired? You see We were really tired at that time, and at the end we were also tired of asking translations. "
