肖蔚云一生致力于宪法学研究,先后参与了宪法、香港基本法、澳门基本法等多部重要法律的修改和起草工作,为中国特色社会主义法律体系建设和“一国两制”的伟大事业做出了应有的贡献。同时,他还在北京大学、澳门科技大学任教,为中国法制建设培养了大量人才,有的学生甚至还成为了某些专业法领域的领军人物。
Xiao Weiyun devoted his life to the study of constitutional law and successively took part in the revision and drafting of many important laws such as the Constitution, the Basic Law of Hong Kong, the Basic Law of Macao, and made drafting work for the construction of a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics and the great cause of “one country, two systems.” Some contribution.
