针对杜210块油井蒸汽吞吐开发后期出砂问题展开讨论,指出高强度注汽、碱性蒸汽对地层的溶蚀作用、采出程度大使砂粒间的应力平衡破坏等是造成油井后期出砂的主要原因。为了达到防砂治砂的目的,对单井进行了实验,认为化学防砂和高温固砂适用于治理油井蒸汽吞吐阶段后期出砂问题,并进行推广应用,由此达到提高稠油最终采收率的目的。
Aiming at the problem of sand production during the late stage of steam huff-puff in Du 210 oil well, it is pointed out that the high-strength steam injection and alkaline steam have the effect of dissolution on the formation, . In order to achieve the purpose of sand control and sand control, the experiment was carried out on single well. It is concluded that chemical sand control and high temperature sand stabilization are suitable for controlling sand production in late stage of oil well huff-puffing stage and are popularized and applied so as to improve the ultimate recovery of heavy oil purpose.
