对企业而言,生存是基础,发展是前提,创效是根本,管理是手段,精细管理作为提升效益的手段,是企业加强全面管理的迫切需要。本文通过物资供应处精细管理的具体实践,对全面提升企业精细管理能力进行了探讨。
For enterprises, survival is the foundation, development is the precondition, creation is the fundamental, management is the means of fine management as a means to enhance efficiency, enterprises need to strengthen the overall management of the urgent need. In this paper, through the detailed management of material supply department practice, to enhance the enterprise’s ability to fine management were discussed.
