设备诊断技术是一门新兴的多学科技术,是设备管理现代化的重要内容之一。我国自1979年未引进以来,1985年11月召开设备诊断技术应用推广会,工交各部门十分重视,纷纷制订规划并组织实施。冶金部规定,把“预知维修和计划检修相结合的检修制”做为“七五”期间设备管理制度改革的重要内容之一。今年先在十个钢铁企业中开展简易诊断,利用北京冶金设备研究所的手段为高炉、热风炉、主要风机及高压输变电系统进行定期的检测,建立运行状态档案。本溪钢铁公司和攀枝花钢铁公司都是以机动处及钢研所(院)牵头,各厂矿机动科长参加,组成设备诊断组。马钢、成都无缝钢管厂则专门在机动处内设立设备诊断组。不少单位正在进行考察和调研,准备组建班子,选购检测仪器。总之,经过几年来的实践,设备诊断技术的重要性和应用它的必要性,已逐渐被各级领导认识和接受,并开始见诸于行动。现在是如何来做好规划,组织实施,
