普通潜油电泵机组通过斜井弯曲井段时易发生机组变形损坏和电缆挤压损坏。针对这种情况 ,研制出斜井用潜油电泵机组。通过改进机组底座联接法兰结构 ,设计联接螺钉用碟形弹簧垫圈 ,设置由导向块和导向保护块构成的小扁电缆保护装置及三腔胶囊式保护器等 ,增强了机组抗弯曲变形能力。模拟试验和现场使用证明 ,在套管造斜度小于 1 0°/ 3 0m的条件下 ,斜井用潜油电泵机组对电缆的保护非常有效 ,有望成为我国陆上和海上油田斜井和定向井采油的重要设备。
