分工协调、资源共享是现代图书馆藏书建设的发展趋势。藏书建设的分工协调应包括两个方面:一是新书采购的分工协调;二是旧书调整的分工协调。在我国,新书采购特别是外文原版书刊采购的分工协调已在一些大中城市的大型图书情报单位之间进行,并取得了一定的成效。而旧书调整的分工协调却几乎没有开展。前年,湖南省以省中图会的名义尝试组织了湖南省首届书刊调剂会。书刊调剂会虽然只搞了五天,只有十七个单位和个人参加,但是它开了旧书调整的先例,受到了调剂的双方单位和个人的好评。为此,本文就书刊调剂会的实践谈谈旧书调整的问题。
Coordination of division of labor, resource sharing is the development trend of modern library collection construction. The coordination of the division of labor in the collection of books should include two aspects: one is the coordination of division of labor in the purchase of new books; the other is the coordination of division of labor in the adjustment of old books. In our country, the coordination of the division of labor between purchase of new books, especially the original books and periodicals of foreign languages, has been carried out among large library intelligence units in large and medium-sized cities and has achieved some success. However, the division of labor between the old book adjustment has almost no coordination. Two years ago, Hunan Province tried to organize the first book exchange meeting in Hunan Province in the name of the provincial plan for the province. Although only engaged in books and periodicals swap five days, only seventeen units and individuals to participate, but it opened a precedent for the adjustment of old books, both parties and individuals by the swap of praise. For this reason, this article talks about the adjustment of old books on the practice of book circulation conference.
