随着渤海油田的不断开发,很多油井出沙严重导致失去生产能力,海上处理砂埋躺井的方式是大修再完井,常用的技术主要包括切割、打捞、倒扣、套磨铣等;传统的修井作业将切割打捞等工艺分开,其缺点就是施工周期较长、起下钻趟数较多、材料消耗较多,作业成本较高。对于我们修井作业人员而言,如何提高修井作业时效,降低成本是我们努力的方向。而采用切割打捞一体化新工艺能够提高作业时效、缩短作业周期、节约成本、同时也减小了对套管的损坏和油气层的污染。
