目的:探讨对乳腺癌化疗患者家属实施健康教育的效果,提高乳腺癌化疗患者及其家属健康教育的宣传力度。方法:对浙江省杭州市肿瘤医院2015年4月~2016年3月在肿瘤科住院部收治的80例乳腺癌化疗患者随机分成两组,各40例,对照组实施常规医嘱护理管理,观察组在常规医嘱护理的基础上,对化疗患者家属进行饮食等健康教育及护理干预管理,对两组患者住院时间、症状改善情况、患者及其家属满意度和日常自我健康护理常识等进行比较。结果:观察组患者平均住院时间比对照组明显减少(P<0.05);且住院期间观察组患者临床症状改善情况,明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者及其家属对乳腺癌化疗患者日常饮食等健康护理常识掌握情况,明显优于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组患者及其家属对治疗护理的满意度,显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌化疗患者化疗后,在护理应用中,对家属进行饮食等健康教育及护理干预管理具有显著意义,能缩短乳腺癌化疗患者的临床症状改善时间及住院时间,并能够提高护理人员对乳腺癌化疗患者的日常护理效率。
Objective: To explore the effects of health education on the family members of patients with breast cancer who underwent chemotherapy and improve the health education of patients with breast cancer and their families. Methods: Eighty patients with breast cancer who were admitted to Department of Oncology, Inpatient Department of Oncology, Hangzhou Cancer Hospital from April 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into two groups (n = 40 in each group). The control group was given regular nursing management and the observation group On the basis of routine doctor’s advice, family members of patients with chemotherapy were given health education such as diet and nursing intervention management. The hospitalization time, symptom improvement, satisfaction of patients and their families and daily self-care knowledge were compared. Results: The average length of hospital stay in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The improvement of clinical symptoms in the observation group during hospitalization was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05) The general knowledge of health care in patients with chemotherapy was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The patients in the observation group and their families were more satisfied with the treatment and nursing care than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Chemotherapy for breast cancer patients with chemotherapy is of great significance to the family members in their health education such as diet and nursing intervention after chemotherapy, which can shorten the time of clinical symptom improvement and hospitalization for patients with breast cancer chemotherapy, and improve the nursing care of patients Daily care efficiency of breast cancer chemotherapy patients.
