以甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(RfAA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPAA)和甲基丙烯酸二甲氨乙酯(DM)为单体,并以K2S2O8为引发剂进行乳液聚合,制得了一种稳定的阳离子氟代聚丙烯酸酯乳液。分析了单体配比、乳化剂、引发剂对乳液性能的影响,确定了表面施胶剂较佳的合成工艺条件。并通过红外光谱(IR)对共聚物结构进行了表征,并用透射电镜(TEM)对乳液的胶粒形态及粒径进行了测试。结果表明,该施胶剂不论是单独使用还是与氧化淀粉配合使用都有很好的表面施胶效果,纸张的拉毛速度均高于280 cm.s-1,平滑度可以达到40 s以上。
Dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate (RfAA), butyl acrylate (BA), hydroxypropyl acrylate (HPAA) and dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DM) were used as monomer and K2S2O8 was used as initiator Emulsion polymerization, prepared a stable cationic polyfluoroacrylate emulsion. The effects of monomer ratio, emulsifier and initiator on the performance of the emulsion were analyzed, and the better synthetic conditions of the surface sizing agent were determined. The copolymer structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR). The morphology and particle size of the latex were tested by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the sizing agent has good surface sizing effect both alone and in combination with oxidized starch. The paper slipping speed is higher than 280 cm.s-1 and the smoothness can reach more than 40 s.
