在73侧尸体的鼻唇沟部血供解剖学研究基础上,设计了该部岛状皮瓣,巳在临床应用21例,效果满意.该皮瓣血供丰富,蒂部可位于皮瓣的任何一侧,对修复鼻、面部中小面积的软组织缺损不失为一种较好皮瓣.
