The park reservation project of Shanghai Jiaotong University, which was donated by the founder of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Sheng Huai, Xuan Shusun, the overseas Chinese in Japan, and the owner of the Lingering Garden Restaurant in Tokyo, was recently completed. This is the third antique park in the world after the Lingering Garden in Tokyo, Japan, and the Lingering Garden in Suzhou, Jiangsu. The building is a one-and-a-half basement, five-story cast-in-place frame and cast-in-site reinforced concrete truss structure. The building area is 2,444 square meters. The appearance is golden yellow glazed tile roof, milky white outer wall tile, and silver-white aluminum alloy. Doors and windows. The interior decoration uses various colors of marble, decorative tiles, copper decoration, wood decoration and plastic wallpaper and brocade, reflecting the grandeur of ancient architecture. Most of the interior decoration materials of the project were removed from the Japanese park in Tokyo, and then used in the second branch of the Shanghai Jiaotong University. Basically reflects the style of the Japanese park in Tokyo. As the biggest feature of the project is “transplantation”, it has brought a lot of difficulties to the construction of the project, such as the shortage caused by material damage, the color difference between the old and new decorative materials, and the incomplete support of various hardware accessories. Here are some simple introductions on marble decoration, copper decoration, wood decoration and paint decoration.
